There are various types and styles of portable buildings available. They can be split into 2 different product ranges: Portable buildings and Modular buildings.
The difference between the two ranges are that a portable building is a self contained unit which is one section from 10ft up to 60ft long, whereas a modular building is made up in sections which are joined together to form large open plan spaces.
Modular buildings are perfect for a semi permanent structure to accommodate a number of people namely over 6 people in one area. They are often used as large office complexes or classrooms. Modular buildings also require a greater level of set up and need proper foundations so are used for more longer term projects.
Within the portable building range there are different styles but the 2 main styles are Anti vandal or jackleg cabins. Anti vandal is best suited for areas where a higher level security is required as these have shutters to the windows. They are quicker to assemble and can be ready to use within hours of delivery.
