Having a new shiny building is always very nice but comes at a price which in this current climate can become a challenge.  At RBS we always like to promote the use of pre-loved buildings and giving them a new lease of life.  Modular buildings are a perfect example of how we do this.  Modular buildings have a long life span of 50 plus years but often companies get rid of them after a while.  This particular modular building was stripped back to the frame, given a new roof, electrics and external cladded in thermowood and provided a much needed classroom for a school in the West Midlands at a fraction of the cost of a new buiding.
