A portable building is a building which has been designed to be moveable. Where as a modular building won't necessarily be moved after being built - a portable building is designed to be moveable once constructed. This makes portable buildings an excellent choice for gatehouse units, site offices, site accommodation, temporary surgeries, offices and toilets.
