Roofbase Ltd
Roofbase Ltd is a local, dependable roofing company with depots across the country. They specialise in providing all the materials and tools independent tradesmen need.
We were first approached by Roofbase Ltd as they were opening a new depot in Leicester which would required a building for their trade counter.
Initially they enquired for an open plan unit to a certain size for a trade counter, which they would fit out themselves. After showing them the 2 shells of a building that was the correct size required along with previous work we have done, they happily placed their order with us.
To get this project going, we completely rebuilt the unit they needed from scratch, this meant adding a new roof; sides, internal flooring, electrics, and we even build the serving area.
Roofbase Ltd first visited us in February, and by March they had placed their order. Once the order was placed, the next step was the planning but this did delay the project slightly.
We were able to get the building delivered in May. In total it took us 2 weeks to rebuild the unit and 1 week of us being on site.
Here at RBS, we ensure all of our services are tailored and adaptable to the needs of the client, in which case, Roofbase Ltd decided they needed a new build to accommodate the expansion of their business. We were able to meet these requirements and tailor our service to fit their needs.
