Earlier this year, we worked with Aggregate Industries to provide a needs analysis and refurb of one of their UK worksites, bringing their premises up to date.
Site assessment and refurb
With more than 300 sites nationwide, Aggregate Industries is one of the country’s leading suppliers of construction materials, working at the frontline of today’s construction and infrastructure industries.
RBS was contacted by their site in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire, to perform a needs analysis of their workspaces; ensuring site premisses were fit for purpose; making subsequent recommendations upon our findings to make substantial improvements whilst adhering to the client’s budgetary needs.
After conducting a thorough assessment, we concluded that a number of units required cosmetic refurbishment in terms of applying new paint and laying new carpets. The client also requested some unit alterations in terms of moving partitions and fitting extra doors to improve space practicality.
In addition to these changes, we also recommended that cosmetics improvements be made to the gatehouse, as this was positioned at the very entrance of the site and was the primary point of contact for visitors. Interiors and exteriors were given a quality refresh and Brough visually up to date with the rest of the worksite.
