But as you can probably tell from the title of this article, we don’t just think modular buildings are a great alternative to traditional builds; we believe they can be even better!

It’s rare for any construction project to go ahead without the occasional hiccup slowing down progress, setting back deadlines, or halting work altogether. Modular buildings, however, are constructed in a controlled environment (typically somewhere indoors like a warehouse or workshop) and are completed relatively quickly, with minimal disruptions or problems.
On the other hand, traditional builds can last several seasons when delayed by weather conditions, or postponed indefinitely as a result of seemingly unrelated problems occurring on a busy construction site.
